Week 13: Waterproofing
This week was waterproofing in the basement. The clients chose to do interior water proofing, as the water table and foundation indicate water in general is not a problem. Interior waterproofing is not he best solution for the foundation (ie water/moisture can still come into the blocks and freeze/thaw etc) but this is a very effective way for preventing water from the entering the basement. It's obviously much more cost effective to implement - saving at least 75% of the cost of exterior waterproofing.
